How to make a healthy juice drink



here i will show you how to blend some healthy drinks that ethnic iban use for medical and
beauty
purposes.







Things You'll Need:





orange fruit x 1




fresh ginger x 2 inches




cucumber 1 medium

first make sure when getting these items, it is best if organic or you plant them yourself. my place do not have orange plant so i buy from local store. ginger and cucumber are from my backyard.

slice the orange into half and squeeze the juice out.

clean the ginger to make sure no dirt or soil still attach to it. with skin still intact, cut it into chuck and set aside.

take the clean cucumber and slice it half so you can scrap off the seeds inside. cut it into chunk.

take out your mixer or blender and throw in the ginger and cucumber into the mixer. do not pour the orange juice inside the mixer.

pour out the ginger and cucumber into a jar together with the orange juice. no need to sieve the ginger and cucumber concoction.

mix thoroughly and add ice.








Tips & Warnings










i don't put orange into blender because the vitamin C will easily be destroyed the heat from the blades.








this concoction is believe to reduce body heat during summer and improve the skin texture.








take it daily during morning.








be careful when handling blender or mixer. always close the lid properly before turn on the power.
